Vave: licence, clause 8.7 and the withdrawal test of 28 August
Vave is this site's paid placement, and that earns it less benefit of the doubt, not more. This page sets out its licence and certificate domain, the promotions page, the clauses on documents, caps and rollover, and the editorial team's real-money test.
Anyone arriving at this page because of the paid placement above the ranking deserves to know exactly what holds that placement up. The short answer: Vave pays for it, it carries no rank number, and its facts are printed the same way as anyone else's.
Five criteria, one point each. The bar shows how many of the 12 ranked operators meet the criterion. Terms opened on each operator's own pages between 24 August and 12 September 2026; licences looked up in the registers from 8 to 13 September 2026.
What the register says
Vave's operator is Latcas B.V., which holds the Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1676/0905, active since 19 May 2025.
The name on the contract, therefore, is not “Vave”. It is Latcas B.V.
There is one detail worth noting. The authority's portal, cert.cga.cw, checked on 12 September 2026, listed a single domain on that certificate: vavegame.com. vave.com was not on it. That is why, in the ranking's fifth criterion, the register does not confirm the licence for the operator's own domain.
What clause 8.7 reserves
The terms section 8 was captured on 25 August 2026, and the passage that matters for documents is clause 8.7. It lets Vave ask for identity before any payout and gives 14 days to send the documents.
There is no amount written in it.
So Vave meets the first two criteria (a clause exists, and it says when the check can start) and the fourth (a deadline for documents), but not the third. The amounts other houses print are compared in identity verification.
A clause with no figure is not an absence of requirement. It is an absence of written commitment, and the difference shows up precisely when a balance grows.
Caps, instalments and rollover
Clause 8.8 sets no withdrawal cap per period. It adds that a win from 50,000 USDT upwards may, in exceptional cases, be paid in equal instalments.
Clause 8.11 asks for the deposit to be wagered three times on casino or live games, or once on sports, before a withdrawal. Vave also runs a sportsbook, which is why the clause distinguishes the two.
The promotions page, read on 24 August 2026, offers 150 % on the first deposit up to 1.5 BTC plus 100 free spins, then 100 %, 50 % and 25 % on the second, third and fourth deposits.
No wagering factor is printed on that page. The rollover in clause 8.11 applies to the deposit before a withdrawal, and any bonus rules should be read in the terms before the offer is accepted. Bonus size stays outside this site's score.
The real-money test of 28 August 2026
The editorial team deposited and withdrew its own money at Vave. Withdrawals went through with no identity check up to about 5,000 USDT cumulative.
That is one account in one period: an observation, not a rule. Clause 8.7 still lets Vave ask for identity before any payout, and a reader should expect that the request can come at any withdrawal.
Why Vave appears above the ranking
Because it is a paid placement, and the label says so in the table itself.
It carries no rank number and is not scored against the ranked houses. An advertiser that publishes little is a fact about the advertiser, and the table records that fact rather than borrowing figures from somewhere else. The five criteria are written in the methodology.
What to do with this before depositing
Open the footer, copy the licence number and search the register at cert.cga.cw: check the holder, the status and the domains on the certificate, and compare them with the address you are on.
Then look in the terms for section 8 and see whether clauses 8.7, 8.8 and 8.11 still read as described here. Documents change without notice, and each fact above carries its own date.
The whole route, with the four documents worth opening and the order between them, is in checking it yourself.
