The foreign licence: what the number and the register confirm
A licence number is a search key: it leads to the register of the authority that issued it, where the holder company, the status and the domains on the certificate can be checked. This page reads the Curaçao and Anjouan numbers of the ranked houses.

What a licence number confirms, and only that
There is a large difference between a seal and a number, and it is the reason this site records the second and ignores the first.
A seal is an image pasted into a footer. A number is a search key.
With the number in hand, anyone can open the register of the authority that issued it and see whether the registration exists, which company it was issued to, and what status it holds. That is all the number delivers. It does not say whether a withdrawal goes out, how long it takes, or whether the documents clause is reasonable, because those things live in another document.
Two Curaçao formats and one from Anjouan
Among the houses in this ranking, most present a Curaçao licence and a few an Anjouan one. Within the Curaçao group two different formats coexist, and that confuses a good many people.
The new format starts with the letters OGL and carries the year in the second block: Vave with OGL/2024/1676/0905, Bitcasino.io with OGL/2023/111/0069, Bitsler with OGL/2024/930/0387, Shuffle.com with OGL/2024/1337/0628 and Jack.com with OGL/2024/1562/1139.
The old format is another thing: Rocketpot's terms print 1668/JAZ, and cert.cga.cw showed that certificate as not valid on 12 and 13 September 2026.
Anjouan numbers follow a third pattern, beginning with ALSI: Wild Fortune with ALSI-202509073-FI2, issued on 30 September 2025 and expiring on 29 September 2026, and Wolfbet with ALSI-132405048-FI3, printed in clause 1 §1 and in the footer.
Format is not quality. It is the stamp of the system that issued it.

The company is who signs the contract
Beside each number appears the name of whoever received it, and that name is almost never the name of the site.
Vave is operated by Latcas B.V. Bitcasino.io by Moon Technologies B.V. Shuffle.com by Natural Nine B.V. Bitsler by Oyine N.V., whose terms still call the number an application. Jack.com by Data Link Digital B.V. On the Anjouan side, Wild Fortune by Metlait SRL. Wild.io shows two names: Nonce Gaming B.V. on the certificate, Stack Gaming Ltd in the terms. Rainbet prints no number, and its clause 21.6 names Gaming Services Provider N.V.
Metaspins is the oddest case, for another reason: its terms print the Anjouan number ALSI-202606048-FI2, while the Curaçao register lists Metaspins N.V. under OGL/2024/1063/0437. The records of the two authorities have not been reconciled.
Whoever reads the contract is therefore contracting with a company whose name was not on the cover. That is why the column records the number rather than the brand, and the same care applies to the request for documents, which is signed by the same company.
One number, several brands
A single registration can cover more than one address, because what registers is the company and not the trading name.
The practical consequence is direct: switching sites after a refusal can mean returning to the same company, with the same rulebook and the same decision. Brands under one company can still print different country lists, which is why each list is read on its own in who accepts Brazil.
Revoked registrations, and the number stays in the footer
A registration's status changes over time, and the house's page does not change with it.
The Curaçao register records five revoked certificates, and none of those brands enters this site's ranking: a revoked status excludes a brand before any other count.
What a brand says about itself and what the authority says about it are two sources. When they disagree, the second one counts.
The number of games and the look of a site are not documents and do not change on the day an authority cancels a registration, as the inventory in what the table does not say shows.
The year inside the number is not the house's age
A common error in other comparisons is reading the second block of a Curaçao number as a founding date.
Bitcasino.io carries 2023 in its number, OGL/2023/111/0069, while the certificate was issued on 1 July 2024. Rocketpot's 1668/JAZ, in the earlier format, carries no year at all.
The number dates the registration, not the house.
When an authority reorganises its system and starts issuing in a new format, older companies receive new numbers. So “a 2024 licence” is neither praise nor accusation: it is the date that paper was issued, and it says nothing about how long the address has existed or how it pays.
What this licence does not do for anyone in Brazil
It is worth spelling out, because it is the part that matters to whoever is reading from here.
A Curaçao or Anjouan number is not a Brazilian authorisation and does not convert into one; the Brazilian side is described in two lists of requirements.
This site does not assert that playing at an unauthorised house is permitted, here or on any other page.
What the foreign licence offers is a forum for complaint outside the country, written in another language and under another system. That is little, and it is more than nothing; knowing the exact size of that little is why this page exists.
How to check a number yourself
The route is short and requires an account nowhere.
Copy the number from the house's footer, without spaces. Open the register of the authority cited and search for it. Check three things: whether the registration appears, which company it was issued to, and what status it holds. If the company name does not match what the house declares, the problem is identified before the deposit.
Note the date of the lookup, because the status changes without notice.

What does a licence number prove?
It proves a registration exists at the authority that issued it, and it lets you check that registration's status in that authority's register. It does not prove a withdrawal will be paid, does not prove a term, and does not substitute for a Brazilian authorisation, which is an act of another body.
Why does the company name differ from the brand?
Because the authority registers the company, not the trading name. Bitcasino.io is held by Moon Technologies B.V., Shuffle.com by Natural Nine B.V. and Vave by Latcas B.V. The case worth a second look is Wild.io: the certificate names Nonce Gaming B.V., while the terms name Stack Gaming Ltd, and neither name is picked here.
What happens to the number when a registration is revoked?
It stays printed in the site's footer. The Curaçao register records revoked certificates, and a revoked number is never shown as active on this site. What a brand says about itself and what the authority says about it are two sources, and when they disagree the second one counts.
Do the houses in this ranking have a checkable number?
