The count: 38 lists read, four with the country's name

Of the 38 lists we could read in full, four carry Brazil and 34 do not.

The four are BitStarz, Oshi Casino, PlayAmo and Wild Fortune.

That is the figure that gives Brazil the position it holds in this set: among the markets we follow, it is one of those most often appearing as accepted in the documents. Not because the houses like the country, but because most of them shut the door on the same places as always and Brazil is not among them.

The four, by the size of their own list

Reading only the country's name loses half the information. The length of the list changes what is written.

Oshi Casino bars 224 countries and PlayAmo bars 217. Lists that size cover nearly the whole map and describe a house that opened half a dozen markets and closed the rest wholesale. Brazil, there, was closed along with almost everyone.

BitStarz bars 74 and Wild Fortune bars 47. Here the country sits among a few dozen names, and a short list is a considered list.

The short list including Brazil weighs more than the long one, even though it is less alarming.

The counter-example sits in the same library: Bitkingz lists 218 countries and Brazil is not one of them. Size alone decides nothing, and what does decide is searching for the country's name and for the two-letter code, because part of the texts use only the code.

Nine lists in this site's table, from one line to 58

Among the ten houses compared here, nine have a list we read and one does not. The variation in size is enormous.

Bitcasino.io lists a single country, Japan. Rainbet lists 11, Empire.io 12, Shuffle 15, DuckDice 16. Then comes another tier: Rocketpot with 34, Wild.io with 45, Wolf.bet with 48 and Metaspins with 58.

Eight of those nine lists include the United States, and the exception is precisely Bitcasino.io's one-item list.

The tenth row is Vave's, this site's advertiser, whose country list we could not read. It is marked as unchecked, and that mark applies to the advertiser exactly as it would to any other house. The rule is written in the methodology.

Speaking Portuguese is not a criterion for anything

A warning for anyone reading in Portuguese and assuming the language brings the markets together.

Two of the ten houses in this table, Shuffle and Wild.io, include Portugal on their own barred-country list, and neither includes Brazil. For whoever writes the terms they are two distinct markets, with distinct regulation and a distinct commercial decision.

Anyone reading a comparison written in Portugal is therefore reading about a different list.

It is the same reason this site's readings record a date beside each figure: the text changes at the house's decision, without notice, and a reading from August 2026 does not answer for December.

An empty list means a list not read

This is the point at which most comparison tables start lying without noticing.

When the country-list field is empty, there are two possible reasons: the house publishes no list, or we did not find it. Neither authorises writing “accepts all countries”.

Empty is an absence of reading, not the presence of permission.

So the generator behind this table keeps three different states: country named on the list, country absent from a list actually read, and list not read. Only the second state allows anything to be said, and even then only about the document, on the date it was opened. The full inventory of our gaps is in what the table does not say.

Same company, different answers about the same country

There is a detail that only appears when the country list is crossed with the licence number.

The Anjouan registration ALSI-202508056-FI2 covers five brands: Oshi Casino, PlayAmo, Slotum, Winz.io and Bitkingz. Two of them write Brazil onto the barred list; the other three do not. Same company, same licence number, five texts and two different answers about the same country.

Switching brands after a refusal can mean returning to the same table.

A correlation worth recording

Crossing the country list with the withdrawal-limit clause reveals the one regularity the numbers support.

Of the four houses that name Brazil, three also publish a withdrawal ceiling. Of the 34 that do not name it, only eleven publish one. A house that details countries usually details limits, because both lists come out of the same habit of writing down its own rules.

What is useful is the inverse: silence about countries usually comes with silence about money. The fourteen ceilings published across a hundred brands are unpicked in withdrawals and limits.

How to redo this reading yourself

Open the house's terms, find the index and locate the eligibility or restricted-countries passage. Search for “Brazil” and search for “BR” separately, because many texts use only the two-letter code.

Note the date you read it. That is the piece of data that ages first.
